Instructions
Freeze milkshake glasses beforehand.
In a blender, add the chocolate ice cream, milk, and chocolate syrup.
Blend everything together on low speed 'til smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the blended milkshake into the pre-chilled glasses (or jars), and add a straw to each.
Top with whipped cream and a cherry, if desired.
Notes
*Instead of whole milk and chocolate syrup, you can sub 3/4 cup chocolate milk.
