– APPLES – WATER – MOLASSES – CANE SUGAR – LIGHT BROWN SUGAR  – GROUND NUTMEG – GROUND CLOVES – GROUND ALLSPICE – GROUND CINNAMON – LEMON JUICE – VANILLA EXTRACT

Ingredients

CORE, PEEL, AND SLICE THE APPLES.

PUT THE SLICED APPLES IN YOUR INSTANT POT.

ADD WATER, MOLASSES, SUGAR, SPICES, LEMON JUICE, AND VANILLA EXTRACT.

PRESSURE COOK FOR 15 MINUTES.

PUREE THE APPLE MIXTURE.

POUR THE APPLE BUTTER INTO HOT, STERILIZED JARS.

PROCESS THE JARS IN A BOILING HOT WATER BATH FOR 20 MINUTES.
