Ingredients

– pineapple – strawberries – mangoes – mandarin oranges – kiwi – bananas – fresh lime juice – pinch of sugar

wash, rinse and drain fruit before getting started. 

I like to soak all fresh fruits and vegetables in vinegar water for around 10 minutes, before preparing or eating.

Pro Tip!

Core, peel and chop the pineapple into chunks, then add to mixing bowl.

ADD SLICED STRAWBERRIES, SLICED MANGOES AND ORANGES TO THE SAME MIXING BOWL.

ADD CHUNKED KIWIS AND BANANAS TO THE FRUIT MIXTURE. 

Squeeze fresh lime juice into the fruit mixture. – 

add a pinch of sugar and stir everything together until well-combined. 

finally, serve with a dollop of whipped cream!
