Ingredients You'll Need:

— Gluten-Free Flour — Xanthan Gum — Baking Powder — Baking Soda — Salt    — Sugar — Egg  — Milk — Canola Oil

Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Quick Tip!

To make this gluten free American pancake recipe dairy free, simply substitute almond milk for the whole milk.

Make a well in the center of the mixture, and add the egg, milk, and canola oil.

Stir everything together just until moistened.

Spoon the pancake batter onto a hot griddle, cooking until the bottom edges have turned slightly crispy and golden brown in color.

Flip the pancakes and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve warm with maple syrup!
