These muffins are gluten-free and can be made dairy-free!

• Unsalted butter • Sugar • Eggs • Vanilla Extract • Pumpkin Puree • Gluten-Free Flour • Salt • Baking Soda • Baking Powder • Pumpkin Pie Spice • Ground Cloves Cinnamon Sugar

Mix together the butter and sugar.

Quick Tip!

To make these gluten-free pumpkin muffins dairy-free, just substitute 1:1 vegan butter for the unsalted butter!

Then mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

Then just mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Pre-Heat the oven to 350ºF, and scoop the batter into prepared muffin tins.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 25 minutes.

Serve with butter and enjoy!
