Ingredients

– Lemon Zest – GF Cake Mix – Cream Cheese – Canola Oil – Lemon Extract – Eggs

mix or blend the lemon zest with the sugar.

aDD THE CAKE MIX, CREAM CHEESE, OIL, LEMON EXTRACT AND EGGS TO THE MIXTURE.

Mix together well, until you have a smooth, creamy batter.

bake at 350° F for about 45 to 50 minutes, OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.

ADD A SIMPLE POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE TO YOUR GLUTEN FREE LEMON LOAF WHILE WARM OUT OF THE OVEN.
